Property listings are managed through EasyConsole CMS whilst all website, telephone, email and in-person customer requests (e.g., sales, payments and customer communication), are managed via EasyConsole eCRM. Based upon information gathered and analysed by EasyConsole eCRM from EasyConsole CMS, valuable sales and marketing information is relayed to the company’s Management to assist in making more informed decisions regarding market trends and client demographics.
