A year in the lifetime of Dynamic Works

January saw the launch of the portal www.paidiatros.com with a wealth of interactive online web features including interactive video activity, an experiential blog site, social media activation and engaging campaigning, ‘Ask Your Questions’ features as well as innovate micro-site activity, that has led to the website now being the leading online health platform in Cyprus and with over 40,000 unique visitors visiting the website monthly!

eMedical record is a complete extranet for Parents and Doctors who can keep a historical record of their children and patients  respectively.

In February, Kolarides Insitute of Accountancy employs Dynamic Works Technology to improve relationships with their customers through a customer relationship management (EasyConsole CRM) system and a professional website.

Benefits from the Institute’s decision to invest in Dynamic Works CRM and CMS Solutions include: email and SMS communications, automated progression monitoring of assistance to students, all sorts of management tools and related reports, management of each student’s and customer’s calls, professional presence in the internet, newsletter creation, financial data on a student and publications customer screen.

In addition, February saw significant internal success for Dynamic Works following a rigorous evaluation process and the approval for Subsidy from the Cyprus Productivity Centre, marking Dynamic Works as one the few Cyprus companies to participate in its European Social Fund Scheme which is approved after a thorough study around the innovation of the submitted business plan.

To enhance the primary objectives of the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA), as an organisation committed in promoting Cyprus as an attractive international investment centre in key priority growth sectors and in providing the investor support with after care and further development services, Dynamic Works was contracted for the implementation of a CRM system, based on EasyConsole CRM which now enables CIPA to manage and monitor centralized data regarding investment opportunities and investors organize and monitor campaigns and events communicate with their contact base in professional and efficient manner and many more.

In addition, since the organisation’s website was built based on the EasyConsole CMS in 2009, CIPA enjoys the advantage of having their website fully and seamlessly integrated with their CRM system. This way, apart from the information arriving from different sources (e.g. meetings, phone calls, email communication) CIPA integrates and uses customer information collected from their website for true knowledge, management and analysis.

Technosound’s Music Technology eShop was officially re-launched in March offering online retail services in Cyprus as well as the rest of the Europe region.  Its innovative features include online ordering, media and latest news announcements, e-commerce storefront and administration, live visitor tracking, monitoring orders on a daily basis and much more – key features to the large selection of built -in features provided by Dynamic Work’s EasyConsole eCommerce platform.

Technosound’s eShop is complemented by the empowerment of Dynamic Works’ EasyConsole eCRM and HelpDesk.

Impressive success came for Dynamic Works in April with the launch of the Hellenic Bank Official Website and Web Content Management System (WCMS). This followed a decision from the Group’s management on the need for the development of the Bank’s new, modern website, a new look of the Bank’s internet banking site and the adoption of a powerful enterprise WCMS with an aim to support and promote their customer centric structure, giving emphasis on the individual requirements of its large and diverse client base.  Key innovation on the website came through its offering of a complete and user-friendly visitor interface, allowing the visitor to customize information according to individual needs.

The British company, Telemedicor worked closely with Dynamic Works towards creating an innovative telemedicine platform based on EasyConsole Framework.

Telemedicor Guardian eHealth platform main characteristic is that it allows diabetic patients to measure their blood glucose and have the measurements immediately sent to the doctor without even clicking a button on the modem provided.

All measurements end up to the centralized database which is accessible from within Telemedicor Guardian eHealth platform.

Doctors can log on to the platform, completely manage their patients, view their live measurements, receive alerts from the system, send alerts to their patients and many more…

Telemedicor Guardian is currently operating in Greece with hundreds of patients.

Two key successes came in June starting with the launch of the Hellenic Bank Official Website in Russia – marking the Group’s growing success and international expansion into key growth areas.  www.hbru.ru.

Later in June came the creation of outstanding web presence for the Paphos Aphrodite Festival promoting the events themselves, and simultaneously promoting the online sale of event tickets, www.pafc.com.cy.

Special care was required in its development to ensure that the website’s infrastructure remained user-friendly while at the same time ensuring data security. The ticketing system allowed visitors to select seating from a graphical representation of the Theatre Plan.  Visitors could click and zoom into the desired theatre section, view all available seating, select seats and proceed to purchase tickets within seconds!  Payment was made online with tickets printed at the click of a button! 

Ticket purchase followed email confirmation sent directly the customer’s email.  It is important to note that ticketing was created with barcodes, virtually eliminating ticket fraud.  On the day of the event, tickets were scanned with barcode scanners, communicating with the servers in real time and confirming single entry as well as ticket validity.

The start of the summer holiday season came with the website launch for the St. Raphael luxury resort in Limassol, www.raphael.com.cy! A 5*star hotel located at one of the most renowned and accredited beaches in Cyprus, with clear, blue sea waters and silver sands.  Dynamic Works worked closely with the St. Raphael Resort from start to finish, developing system design, web design, web development, WCMS customisation and deployment, allowing for an elegant and simultaneously dynamic website that reflected the image of this superb luxury resort.

St. Raphael had adopted EasyConsole CRM at an earlier stage and Dynamic Works had already customized the CRM to meet the Hotel’s needs. Naturally, this lead to a smooth integration between the CRM and the newly introduced website, taking full advantage of the integration benefits offered by EasyConsole Framework.

www.BizHubcy.com is a business platform that was created following an initiative from TALOS RTD, aspiring to become the reference point for the Cypriot entrepreneur.  Following its launch in August 2011, the website now provides targeted information related to public and private tenders in Cyprus, as well as funding programmes.

Dynamic Works worked closely with Management to design a neat, user-friendly, completely secure and modern website, with emphasis on user-friendly navigation.  Subscribers are now able to create their own user account, select and organize their various categories of interest, with subscription to receive direct information which is up-to-date, prompt and reliable. Moreover, they can publish their own requests for tenders.

Based on Dynamic Work’s EasyConsole CMS (Web Content Management System) platform, the website is seamlessly integrated with Dynamic Works’ EasyConsole eCRM (Customer Relationship Management System), allowing for advanced back-office operations like administration of membership and financials, all on the same platform.

September came with privilege for Dynamic Works, launching the NIPD Genetics Official Website, and encompassing its vision to revolutionise prenatal diagnosis by developing and providing safe, simple, accurate and effective non-invasive tests.  The website launch for NIPD Genetics, www.nipd.com followed the launch of The Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics website www.cing.ac.cy with a vision to function as a National Centre of Excellence and a Regional Referral Centre in the areas of Neurology, Genetics, Biomedical, Medical and other similar and related Sciences.

Dynamic Works proudly announced its solid presence in the Radiomarathon 2011 with the development of the new Radiomarathon website, following the identity and message of this year’s Radiomarathon ‘Love Conquers All.’  The website www.radiomarathon.com gave immediate access to all related events and activities, advertising, announcements, donations and much more!  Anyone can now use the downloadable form on the website to request help for a child or children with special needs.

Dynamic Works strove to provide an online experience that would allow the Marfin Laiki Bank Press Office to effortlessly upload and enrich the website’s content in real-time. This ability, as well as the capability to monitor and manage incoming requests was achieved with the use of Dynamic Works’, Web Content Management System, EasyConsole CMS v3.2.

A proud moment for Dynamic Works came in November with its announcement that it had been formally awarded ISO 27001:2005 Certification by one of the top certification bodies in the world, NQA. The ISO 27001 certification was awarded following a rigorous auditing process and means the company has been independently certified and awarded the internationally recognised highest information security standard.

The certification with this internationally recognised security standard demonstrates Dynamic Work’s commitment to the professional management of information security, including providing the highest level of control for risk management and customer data protection.

According to a report issued by ACNielsen, there are 5,797 companies certified for ISO 27001 in 64 countries.  The International Standards Organization (ISO) creates stringent and rigorous standards that specify worldwide requirements for products, services, processes, materials, and systems. 

ISO 27001 is the new international standard created specifically for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

Dynamic Works was contracted by the Cyprus House of Representatives for the design and development of a user-friendly website to support the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2012.  The result is now a website of which the Cyprus House of Representatives is proud of featuring an interactive Calendar of Events, News & Announcements, Cultural Events, Multimedia, links about Cyprus, as well as links related to issues and events concerning the European Union.
